Our engagement model is typically an ongoing process as shown. On conclusion of the CRM solution deployment we understake a regular cycle of reviews with our clients that 'tunes' their CRM solution to their changing needs. It is not often that a business remains static in its eco-system so a continual cycle of review and change is appropriate to keeping the CRM processes in line with the needs of the business as they change.
