How long does a typical CRM Solution take?

There is no such thing as "How long does a CRM Solution take?" The time taken to realize a new CRM solution is widely varied, and depends on many factors. For most Central Florida based Small and Medium business' the following table of activities provides a good template.

 Task Description Days
Investigate Analyse applicable CRM use cases and scenarios with the client and make recommendations 5
Review Review scope of CRM deployment and model (hosted, CPE etc)

 2

Agree Agree and document the engagement plan and project plan

 4

Deploy Physical installation and deployment. (Hosted in Brackets)

 2(1)

Training Typically done on site with all employees, in groups. Also done at evenings/weekends

 5

Total (Please note; this is an extremely arbitrary rule of thumb and may not apply for your business!)

 18 Days

A detailed plan is agreed with each client, and simple solutions can even be delivered in less than a week in total, especially for very small business' with only one or two direct employees. Typically, the larger the existing business, and the more complex the existing business processes then the longer the entire project will take.  Please contact us for details at any time.  The timelines exposed above really are rather arbitrary, and a CRM solution can be more complex, some less so, depending on the nature of your business and your key objectives.
