Our solutions are quite simple in nature and are designed in a bespoke fashion to suit your needs. There is no "One Size fits all" approach to CRM. The core philosphies and approach of CRM are quite standard, but their application to each business is different. The needs of a sole-proprietor running a small business will obviously be different to a larger business; say with 25 employees and again different to a company with 500+ employees or even larger.
We are able to offer a complete 'turn-key' solution either on your premises or hosted on your behalf by us, or even a hybrid where we look after your CRM solution even though it is physically installed in your equipment and on your premises.
Our services include Consultancy, Integration, Training and Support, that supports you in the process of clearly identifying your CRM needs, installing the appropriate software and modules for you. Importantly; we do not then walk away leaving you wondering how to achieve the best results with your new tools. We offer initial training and downstream training to help you get the most efficiency and effectiveness from your new solution.
Of course, we offer full Support and Maintenance of your CRM solution, including on-going configuration, adaptation and tweaking as your business needs develop.
